Lynn, I have just looked backl at your post about you being scammed and someone threatnig to kill you. My goodness that is really awful. YTou must of been terrified. I hope you are okay now. I hope they catch the rotter and lock him up.

i am just waiting on Helen to take me in to the hospital to see Jean. I don't think Jean will get out over the weekend . It might be sometime next week but i have my doubts.

Today one lazy Sunday ahead and looking forward to it, for a change I am the chef home made rissoles and vegies today. Weather nice and warm so the ideal day.

Hi Lyn , Glad the police are taking it seriously for you and so the should.
Jean will not be able to have treatment Lynn so it is very hard to take in. Helen and i visited her yesterday and she was sitting in a chair next to her bed and was uncomfortable so i asked her should i ask for a pillow for her to put underneath and she said she tried that but it did not help.

Sorry to hear about Jean Joan, It is hard to take in, does she live alone and is she independent? My Aunt was n hospital last year for about 6 weeks before she came home they had to organise a carer for her.

Not much gone on with me today, Had my MIL here for awhile and then we watched the football.
My Grandson starts nursery tomorrow, can't believe on how quick the 2 years have gone.
Hi Lynn, Jean's Daughter and Son are back at home . Helen works but Adam is unfit to work but ican do a bit of tidying for Jean when is not tired. He had Covid about 3 year ago and has been unfit since.
I am hoping to go and see Jean later this afternoon if Helen gets finished work early.

When Helen and i were on our way to the Hospital yesterday she told me the Discharge people were in touch with her and they had been speaking to Reablement people and they will pay a home visit to the house and see what will be needed for Jean coming home and for the first week there will be carers coming in 4 times a day and if she is okay to look after herself they will not need to come back but i think they will. They could be there for 4 weeks or longer . I thank the Lord there will be people looking after her .
I had the Podiatrist here this morning seeing to my feet and then just after lunch i had a locksmith having a look at my backdoor as i have difficultty locking it and it worked no problem for him .
He said t could be the when it is warm the door will not lock right so it is supposed to be warm over the weekend and if i have anymore bother i have to phone him and he will come back.

Thanks Joy, yeah can't wait even t is just for a couple of days. It has been cooler here as well, It feels like Autumn.

I had a feeling that they would arrange carers for Jean, My Aunt had a fall a couple years back and was in hospital, they put her in respite until things were sorted at home and they arranged for her to have carers in twice a day. I don't think they're allowed to discharge without the proper care in place.
Hope that your door can be fixed Joan, It was making you out to be a liar.

I am not feeling very well today, I have this sore on my side, It is making me feel unwell so I think it could be an infection. I am going to call my GP in the morning if I can't get one through the app.

He reckons it is while the weather is warm it is going wrong so he said to see how it goes over the weekend and if i am still having problems trying to lock it to give him a phone on Monday and he will come out and put a new handle on as he says the lock is okay.
I ordered a new floor and table lamp and it came lastnight at 8:20 pm and i decided to start buliding them up about 9:30 pm so i was too tired to set up both . Done the floor lamp and had to put it all together there was three parts to the stand then i had to fit the shade and put a bulb in .By that time i wa so tired as it was 10:30pm so will do the table lamp sometime today. It is easier .
