What kind of exercise do you do?

Staying active and exercising is one great way to not only help you keep healthy but it can also have a good impact on your mental health. 

Due to suffering from fibromyalgia, I can only do so much in terms of exercise but my main form of exercise would be walking. I walk as much as I can at a pace I can every day to get some kind of exercise in. 

What kind of exercise do you do? 

 
I try to walk as much as I can but at times I find it hard to keep at a pace because I have walking difficulties.

 
Due to arthritis in my knees and back I find it hard to want to exercise. Occasionally walking around Wal-Mart or shirt distances is the best I can do.

 
I  don't  exercise  a lot    but  do   go up  and  dowsanstairs  quite often and have  done    three times  alreay  this morning so  maybe  that  can be  classed as  exercise.

 
No formal exercise but with 5 horses to feed and pick up their poo from a 2km track twice a day I don't feel the need to go to the gym!!
