Monday
Paul continues to string Tess along when she hands over the contract of sale for Sincast Corp's share in Lassiters. Krista discovers the report from the expensive mystery shopping firm Tess recommended was bogus.
As Krista shares her suspicions with Paul, he decides it's time to do a deep dive into their accounts, hoping to uncover what Tess and Heath are really up to.
Meanwhile, with Mackenzie on the hunt for further intel on Heath, Sadie's unease peaks and she blurts out that Holly has been seeing Heath on the down-low while he's also sleeping with Tess.
Determined to save her friend from herself, Mackenzie confronts Holly but, feeling judged, Holly gets her back up.
With things accelerating, Tess orders Heath out to Warrawee Station to confirm the business has been completely wound up. Burned from Mackenzie's dressing down, Holly keenly agrees to accompany Heath to Mt Harper, telling Karl and Susan she's going with a friend from housekeeping.
Before leaving, Heath is confronted by Mackenzie, who reveals she has discovered that he grossly underplayed the extent of his involvement in insurance fraud and knows he's toying with Holly. Heath responds with a menacing threat, leaving her shaken.
Oblivious to Heath's darker side, Holly arrives at an outback homestead with Heath. Enjoying the chance to be free of Tess, Heath switches his phone off and Holly happily follows suit.
Elsewhere, Terese is hurt after Toadie's blow-up at the counsellor's office and feels further on the outer when he doesn't come home to talk things through.
Needing to clear his head, Toadie finds himself by Sonya's tree. Passing by, Melanie gently checks in and Toadie lets his guard down, grateful for her undemanding friendship.
After Mackenzie tells Toadie about Heath's threat, Toadie resolves to give Heath a piece of his mind. Seeing Toadie isn't in the right headspace, Melanie decides to accompany him and the two end up at Tess and Heath's house.
Letting themselves inside, they stumble across Tess and Heath's fake passports along with damning evidence of their embezzlement scheme, but muscle-bound Justin suddenly returns, taking in the unexpected visitors.
As night falls and Toadie still hasn't come home, Terese is surprised to learn from Mackenzie that Toadie was spending time with Melanie. After an anxious night waiting and still not hearing from her husband, Terese seeks out the Kennedys' counsel, only to learn Melanie didn't come home last night, either.
Tuesday
At the outback homestead, Heath distracts Holly from returning Mackenzie's calls, worried she'll divulge his threat.
Back in Erinsborough, Mackenzie's concern grows when she finds social media evidence that Holly is with a guy and is convinced it's Heath. Afer Haz makes a decision to hack into Holly's phone and discovers she's in Mt Harper, he and Mackenzie resolve to catch the next flight out, adamant something isn't right.
Meanwhile, Paul discovers that Tess sabotaged Lassiters' contract for the Experiences Tour. Going to the mansion to confront her, he's just in time to see Tess bundling her suitcase in a car, but she deliberately ignores him and flees.
At the airport, Tess positions herself in line with the security cameras, as she holds a boarding pass for a decoy flight to Honolulu.
Krista opens up to Leo about her reluctance to call Reece, worried that her involvement will compromise the bubble of independence and self-esteem she's built for herself.
After finally bringing herself to call her sister, Krista reports back to Leo and Paul that Reece was completely unaware of the prospective sale of the hotel – it seems Tess has gone rogue.
Elsewhere, Terese is beside herself with worry over Toadie's disappearance. Although Andrew poses the possibility that Toadie and Melanie may be lying low on purpose, Terese is unable to fathom the idea of infidelity.
Concern escalates when Paul finds a pig charm at the mansion and Aaron identifies it as Melanie's. With so many unanswered questions, Terese is overwhelmed and Paul does his best to comfort her.
As the mansion becomes a potential crime scene, the police make a chilling discovery… dried blood on the ground. Terese is distressed wondering where her husband is.
Wednesday
Mackenzie and Haz touch down in Mt Harper, determined to find Holly.
After receiving word from Krista that Tess bought a cattle station called Warrawee, the couple set out to go there but find themselves lost in the outback.
Back on Ramsay Street, fear and hope hang in the air as the whereabouts of Toadie and Melanie remain unknown. Terese is grateful when Paul offers to stay with her, extra sensitive to her needs.
When Terese questions why he's been avoiding her since his return from the US, Paul admits he's been trying to be respectful of her and Toadie, and Terese takes in his sincerity.
Unnerved by Heath's behaviour and certain that something is going down, Holly snoops through his bag and finds a key as well as a notebook recording the losses of various businesses including Lassiters Erinsborough.
When Heath returns from the cattle station, Holly plays the part in keeping him on side, but it's a dangerous cat and mouse game where Heath could turn at any moment
Thursday
Peril continues in the outback as the lives and loves of many a Ramsay Street resident will never be the same again.
Paul is handed the opportunity to play God.
One person meets a terrifying fate.
